Money raised at Team Bath’s charity pre-season netball contest was presented to the Mayor of Bath at half-time in Friday’s Fiat Netball Superleague fixture.

Team Bath took on an All-Stars team for the season preview game in December.  Admission was free but fans were encouraged to make a donation to charity or buy a raffle ticket. 

Mayor of Bath, Councillor Bryan Chalker, came along to Team Bath’s evening game against Surrey Storm at the Team Bath Arena on 7th February, where he was presented with a cheque by Team Bath netballers Kirsty Delves and Hannah Thompson.

A total of just over £225 was donated  to the Mayor of Bath’s Relief Fund which helps local residents facing hardship.
